Experience in HR and / or consulting with a strong analytical foundation and a passion for data / Talent management / development / learning

Comfort working with Excel and PowerPoint to present data-driven insights

Ability to connect data to strategy and influence stakeholders

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects

A global mindset. Who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment

Fluent in English and Spanish
