HRIS Analyst - Workday

We're looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our team and lead the optimization of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system.

In this role, you'll collaborate with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality, drive user adoption, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Support and enhance Workday HCM processes and configurations.

Lead testing, upgrades, and implementation of new Workday features.

Create reports and analyze data to support business decisions.

Develop training materials and support user education.

Ensure data integrity, system compliance, and optimal performance.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
