As a Product Owner you should expect to be client facing and involved in the following :

The Product Owner serves as the individual accountable for one or more products, leading a multi-disciplinary and cross-divisional product team to deliver value to internal and external customers of the Firm.

Product owner owns, maintain, and prioritize product backlog.

Leads product feature prioritization sessions during the PI planning process, and ensure alignment with Architecture runway, dependencies with internal and external teams.

This person will lead their matrixed product team through influence as well as task assignment authority, mentoring and coaching all team members to fulfill the product.

Responsible to the Product Manager assigned products, this individual aligns strategy to execution through the creation of product roadmaps aligning to business and enterprise objectives, development, and maintenance of their product, outlining the body of work expected now, next, and into the future.

This work includes management of product & system plans, supporting artifacts encompassing resource needs, stakeholder solution requirements, dependencies, timelines, milestones, and success criteria as necessary to deliver on the promised business value.

The Digital Product Owner will work with other firm leaders to attract, develop and drive a team of high-performing associates, and will play a pivotal role in their ongoing personal and professional development.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science, or related field

A robust understanding of full-cycle software development with SAfe Agile framework

Prior experience in Product Owner or Product Management roles
