UKG Kronos WFM Consultant | Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

Work you’ll do / Responsibilities

As a Consultant you will function as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create solutions to meet clients’ business needs. Consultants gain exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by Deloitte Consulting LLP. As a UKG / Kronos Workforce Management Consultant, you will work as part of implementations teams to gather business requirements, design, configure and test software, and provide technical support for all aspects of the suite of WFM products including Kronos Workforce Central, Dimensions, or other WFM software products.

You will also establish a trusted advisor relationship with clients and help them transform their business with enabling WFM solutions.

Qualifications

Required

• 3-5+ years of consulting and / or industry experience
• Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry
• Advanced English level
• Previous experience with Kronos suite of time and attendance software and system configuration,

which can be UKG (legacy Kronos) Workforce Dimensions / Workforce Central in one or more of its

modules (Timekeeper / Accruals / Leave / Attendance / Attestation / Advanced Scheduler / Activities).
