About The Team The Growth Engineering team focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience from when a customer lands on CookUnity’s homepage through the sign-up process and finishing with checking out. The team tackles high-impact projects that delight our customers and deliver meaningful business value.

The Role As a Staff Engineer in Growth engineering, you will be instrumental in building and delivering a world-class experience to our customers. You will also define and uphold the highest engineering standards to build reliable performant applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert in front end technologies including React and NextJs.
• Mentor and educate developers on clean code methodologies through knowledge sharing and PR reviews
• Work cross-functionally (Product and Design) to develop and deploy applications and features on time with high quality.
• Implement best practices to enable the team to ship quality code faster.
