The
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Sr. Business Partner
will lead key processes for budget and forecast preparation for entire LAMEX cluster (Mexico + LATAM & Puerto Rico). Ensuring accurate and timely loading in financial planning system (SAC).
Role Specifics :
Base : Mexico City, Mexico
Hybrid role (according with the current policy).
This role requires collaborating with teams from different time zones, adaptability in your workday is necessary.
Responsibilities
Coordinate review meetings with local management for budget preparation and financial forecast for entire P&L. (Raising financial issues, targets, challenging proposals, early warning on deviations, etc).
Identify areas of risk or opportunities and look for options / alternatives to timely address with the appropriate area. Generate, discuss and implement new ideas or processes to address risks or to provide valuable information for analysis and decision making.
Prepare accurate and timely requested information / templates for Emerging Markets Region.
Monitoring sales and expenses, identifying variances and following up with the entire commercial organization to set action plans in case of significant deviations, bringing recommendations.
Maintain continues and open communication with Centre of Excellence (COE) and Regional teams around shared activities / responsibilities.
Insights and support of pricing / volume increase strategies, Gross to Net in detail (discounts, accruals, returns), duties and discards periodic analysis, PGM variation analysis, product launches, integrated P&L’s, Financial FC and Demand Plan alignment.
Provide finance support for Business Development and Alliance management activities, such as financial assessment and data consolidation of active deals.
Support preparation and analysis of Business Cases (commercial campaigns, promotional investments, new alliances, headcount management).
Prepare executive deck for forecast and budget discussions & business reviews.
Required Education, Experience and Skills.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or related field.
5+ years of experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Fluent English proficiency to communicate with global stakeholders.

Previous experience as a People Manager is Highly desirable
