Job Summary : We are seeking a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR initiatives with business objectives, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees. You will provide expertise in talent management, employee relations, performance optimization, and organizational development to drive business growth and foster a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities : Strategic HR Partnership : Serve as a primary HR contact for assigned business units, understanding their goals and translating them into HR strategies. Partner with senior leaders to develop workforce plans, talent pipelines, and organizational design solutions. Advise on HR policies, compliance, and best practices to mitigate risks and ensure legal alignment. Talent Management : Lead end-to-end talent processes : recruitment, onboarding, career development, succession planning, and retention programs. Address employee relations issues (conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary actions) with fairness and empathy. Drive performance management cycles, coaching managers on feedback, goal-setting, and development plans. Culture & Employee Engagement : Champion company values and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives. Analyze engagement survey data and implement action plans to improve morale and productivity. Design and deliver HR training (e.g., leadership development, compliance workshops). Compensation & Benefits : Collaborate with Total Rewards teams to ensure competitive salary structures and benefits programs. Provide guidance on promotions, equity adjustments, and incentive plans. HR Operations & Analytics : Leverage HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP) to track metrics like turnover, headcount, and diversity. Generate insights from HR data to support decision-making and process improvements.
