Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in virtual training or webinar management to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating webinars that meet business objectives and support various programs. This role requires excellent project management skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

1) Regional training event management and execution support
- A 360 event management role, leading event logistics across any chosen in-person / online / hybrid education programs delivered within your supported market
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, speakers, and stakeholders to develop engaging content and presentations
- Manage webinar logistics, including scheduling, registration, and communication with attendees
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless webinar delivery and troubleshoot any technical issues
- Develop and manage project plans, detailed timelines, outline tasks and identify necessary resources
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines
2) Support cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with webinar, content, marketing, sales teams to align on webinars with business objectives and goalsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to identify target audiences, develop messaging, and create promotional materialsPartner with designated webinar leads to secure speakers, manage registrations, and provide logistical support3) Reporting and analysis
Track and analyze webinar metrics, including attendance, engagement, and retentionProvide regular reports to stakeholders on webinar performance, including Q&A submissionsConduct pre and post-webinar surveys to gather feedback and measure attendee satisfaction4) Communication and stakeholder management
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including team leads, marketers, and sales teamsManage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and speakersProvide exceptional customer service to attendees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptlySummarize and share event / program / quarterly wrap-ups with on Workplace or by emailRequirements :
3+ years of experience in event management, project management, or a related fieldProven track record of successfully managing webinars, conferences, or other eventsExcellent organizational, communication, and project management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlinesStrong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issuesExperience with webinar platforms, such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, or similar toolsProficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft OfficeExperience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics or ExcelBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldAdvanced EnglishA good sense of humor, a positive attitude and great teamwork skillsOther (nice to haves) :
