Job Description Summary : We are looking for a highly skilled and proactiveKinaxis Managed Services Consultantto provide ongoing support, optimization, and enhancement ofKinaxis Maestrofor a global semiconductor industry customer.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Kinaxis and a strong understanding of the semiconductor supply chain environment, capable of delivering continuous value through process improvements, issue resolution, and platform optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as the primary point of contact for Kinaxis Maestro support.
Monitor and maintain the health of the Kinaxis Maestro platform.
Support day-to-day operations (incident management, user issue resolution, service requests).
Perform data integrity checks, model validation, and integration monitoring.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
Manage and implement configuration changes / minor enhancements.
Coordinate with Kinaxis Product Support or internal teams for escalations.
Provide end-user support, training, and knowledge sessions.
Assist with system upgrades, testing, and validation.
Monitor SLA compliance and deliver service performance reports.
Proactively recommend system and process improvements.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's / Master's in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Kinaxis Maestro, preferably in support or managed services.
Experience withsemiconductor industry customers highly preferred.
Strong understanding of supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Hands-on experience in Maestro modules (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning).
