What You'll Be Doing

Product Ownership & Backlog Management

• Own the product backlog for one or more digital scrum teams supporting Arrow.com.
• Translate business requirements, use cases, and platform goals into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Drive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and story prioritization in collaboration with product managers and program leads.
• Ensure alignment with architecture, security, and compliance standards.

Annual Hiring Range / Hourly Rate

$64,216.67 - $74,131.42 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and / or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
