Location : Mexico City (LATAM regional scope)

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Loss Adjuster to support complex claims across LATAM. This is a formative role designed to build a long-term career in loss adjusting : you’ll assist senior adjusters, participate in site inspections, draft technical notes and reports, liaise with insurers / reinsurers, and progressively take on more autonomy handling files across the region. You’ll work closely with Regional Adjusters and a high-performing team while developing technical, analytical, and client-facing skills.

What you’ll do

  • Collect and organize information from claimants, insureds, and stakeholders.
  • Support policy / coverage reviews and claim investigations (including site visits).
  • Draft notes, summaries, and initial claim documentation for review.
  • Prepare technical and administrative reports with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaise with insurers and reinsurers on losses and accounts across LATAM.
  • Learn and apply McLarens systems, procedures, and quality standards.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree with professional license (Engineering, Law, Finance, or related).
  • 2–5 years from related fields (Engineering / Law / Finance) or 2–10 years in adjusting / insurance.
  • Advanced English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, client focus, resilience, teamwork, and clear communication.
  • Solid MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).

    Travel & language

    Regional travel as needed. Daily collaboration in English with leadership; Spanish with clients / stakeholders across LATAM.
