Key Responsibilities :

• Create comprehensive financial reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Analyze variances between actual results and budgets or forecasts, providing actionable recommendations for future improvements
• Develop and maintain accurate models of personnel costs and headcount, ensuring data integrity and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and streamlining financial reporting processes

Requirements

Highly motivated individual with 3+ years of experience in a professional environment

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field of study

Excellent analytical skills with experience in predictive modeling and statistical analysis

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders

Fluency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements

Basic knowledge of SAP systems desirable

Preferred qualifications include experience in HR disciplines and practices, as well as proficiency in Spanish language skills
