The ideal candidate for this position will be lead the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process and manage strategic planning for demand, production, and inventory. This role focuses on process optimization, technology implementation, cross-functional coordination (Mexico, LATAM, and Global), and strategy development to ensure service, budget, and operational efficiency goals are met.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead S&OP meetings and monthly collaborative forecasting processes.
- Manage inventory levels (maximum, minimum, and safety stock) to meet sales plans.
- Oversee the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Materials Requirement Plan (MRP).
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
- Facilitate communication between key areas and coordinate new product introductions.
- Implement technological tools and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning, S&OP, and supply chain management.Advanced knowledge of technological tools (ERP, Power BI, Excel, etc.).Advanced English (mandatory).Key Competencies : Leadership, strategic thinking, results orientation, and analytical skills.
