Overview

At TPI Composites – Ciudad Juárez and Matamoros we are looking for talent passionate about automation and new technologies to join our team and drive innovation programs in the wind energy industry.

Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure the operation of the BladeAssure system on site.
Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues as needed.
Create and maintain technical documentation (WI, PFMEA, inspections, etc.).
Serve as the “on the floor” reference for the implementation of new technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.

Experience with CbM, CMMS, or PLC systems in industrial environments.

Knowledge of automation, robotics, or electromechanical systems.

English / Spanish Advanced.
