INFOR – Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

Work you’ll do / Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions. You will do this by performing the following job responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive application support for Infor WFM, including troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and bug fixing for modules such as Time & Attendance, Accruals, and Scheduling.
  • Configure and maintain Infor WFM modules : Timesheet Data, Pay Calculations, Person Access, Wage Adjustments, policy entitlements, and security profiles.
  • Develop and support integrations (Employee Import, Payroll Export, Time Imports), device management (clocks / web / handheld), and SQL-based reporting solutions.
  • Utilize ITSM tools like ServiceNow to track, resolve, and document issues, ensuring adherence to established processes and best practices.

Qualifications Required

  • 6-10+ years of consulting and / or industry experience
  • Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry
  • Advanced English level
  • 3+ years hands-on support experience with Infor WFM, covering technical, functional, and reporting aspects.
  • Strong skills in SQL reporting, Java / J2SE / J2EE / JavaScript, with a basic understanding of configuration tasks in Time & Attendance management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability in troubleshooting system errors, configuration problems, database issues, and managing job failures and integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), analytical thinking, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Preferred

  • Experience with Infor WFM version 6.2.4 (and onwards) and Infor WFM Cloud.
  • Infor WFM certification and / or ITIL V3 Fundamental Certification.
  • Applied experience in developing mobility features and extensions using Java / JavaScript / JSP / SQL within Infor WFM.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for extended durations (3–6 months).
