A digital marketing agency based in Mexico City is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external vendors, ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones and alignment with business objectives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and understands the fast-paced nature of agency work.
Work modality : Hybrid – 1 to 2 days per week onsite in Roma Norte, CDMX.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan and manage digital and marketing projects from start to finish.
Ensure deliverables are met on time and aligned with business goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, strategic, tech, and vendors).
Translate business objectives into actionable project plans.
Monitor KPIs, workflows, and team resources to optimize performance.
Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and resolve potential risks before they impact delivery.
Spot opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within ongoing projects.
Requirements :
2–3 years of experience in project management within a digital agency or similar environment.
Proven ability to coordinate creative and technical teams, as well as external vendors.
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, Notion, etc.).
Strong understanding of working with KPIs and delivering measurable outcomes.
Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and focused on achieving results.
Spanish and English proficiency (intermediate to advanced).

Highly organized (attention to detail).
Strong client-facing communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage project operations thoroughly and understand the execution details.
Deep understanding of how a marketing agency operates.
