We are looking for a Business Developer Hunter professional to join the Latam Business team.

The business developer will play a strategic role in generating new B2B sales in Latam Region, mainly Mexico and Brazil for the Onmobile Digital Services Gaming platforms across telecom operators.

Managing relationships of customers, the business developer will go throughout the sales cycle through digital prospecting and commercial development missions in order to increase the company's growth and its number of customers.

Identify and develop new markets / countries for Onmobile products including detailed market strategies and business cases, pitching products and services to new customers and offering new services to existing customers

Create business plan and commercial proposals, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to identify more effective marketing strategies

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers (Tier 1-Operators) and Partners, being the point of contact for customers and partner related issues

  • The candidate will actively manage the sales funnel and pipeline update.
  • Acting as the link between the customer and internal teams ensure the timely and successful delivery of Onmobile solutions according to customer needs and objectives, communicating the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Create Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for Latam new business pipeline
  • Manage monthly and quarterly AOP – Revenue & cost (people and marketing)
  • Should stay up-to-date with Digital Gaming industry best practices and standards.

Professional Experience- Required Skills

  • Strong relationship with Telco’s. Proven experience in the Digital Mobile content industry is required for the position.
  • Strong network within Telco’s preferably with C-Level, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Hands on and high energy levels who shows potential to convert sales & achieve targets
  • Creative, quantitative and analytical skills with sharp negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge of the respective regional enterprise clients
  • Team management experience will be positivelly valued
  • Personal Competencies required

  • Ability to move quickly to implement ideas and deliver results in a fast-paced online environment.
  • Resilience. Learning on the fly. Versatile.
  • Able to work within technical teams.
  • Own initiative and ownership.
  • Good understanding of digital services.
  • Language : English& Spanish is a must.
  • Experience desired : 10 years’ experience of doing B2B selling Digital Content & Services to Telcos
