Biological Chemistry Subject Matter Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert in Biological and Chemical Sciences to join our AI / ML model training and content development team. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your scientific expertise to curate, validate, and create domain-specific content that improves AI reasoning, knowledge representation, and performance in life sciences and chemical sciences.

The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. You will be responsible for developing scientifically accurate, domain-rich datasets in various areas, including molecular biology, pharmacology, and chemistry. Additionally, you will validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, reproducibility, and compliance with scientific and safety standards. Your expertise in laboratory research, computational modeling, bioinformatics, or chemical analysis will be essential in this role.

You will work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and computational chemists to optimize model reasoning and support the creation of adversarial testing datasets for LLMs in biomedical and chemical domains. Experience with regulatory frameworks, laboratory safety, and ethical research guidelines is also required. Preferred candidates will have experience with computational chemistry, cheminformatics, or molecular modeling software, as well as bioinformatics pipelines, omics data analysis, and high-throughput screening methodologies.
