Who will you be working with?

Our operations team integrates extensive experience in manufacturing products to supply Wabtec’s supply chain. At our Arteaga plant, you will be responsible for contributing to the manufacture of high‑quality locomotive and mining products in a work environment where your safety is the top priority.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the Operations – Controls and Components, the Senior Director, Plant Manager for Wabtec Saltillo will provide overall leadership for the manufacturing facility. The incumbent will be responsible for the manufacturing of equipment to meet customer requirements and enhance their satisfaction while minimizing risks and costs. They will supervise employees, develop, and execute strategies, processes, systems, and tools to achieve this goal and will work cross‑functionally to deliver sustainable improvements in the plant.

What do we want to know about you?

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in manufacturing leadership position such as plant manager / business leader roles
• Experience leading salaried direct reports
• Desirable BS / MS Mechanical Engineering; Depth in shop operations, manufacturing engineering, quality, materials, sourcing and Environmental Health and Safety.
