Bid / Proposal Manager Job DescriptionAs a Bid / Proposal Manager, you will develop optimal technical solutions to address customer business needs and lead the technical vision in solving those problems.
This role supports the Sales and Business Development organizations in closing opportunities by bringing together customer needs and technical solutions.We design cost-effective solutions tailored to customers' specific business challenges.Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to identify and document the best approach to integrate customer needs and technical solutions within proposals.Representing the technical solution within clear concise proposals focused on customer goals.Support cross-functional teams to establish the necessary resources to drive opportunity solutions.Contribute to achieving activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis.We are looking for a professional with : A degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience writing executive-level summaries to position business value and customer outcomes.5+ years of combined experience in solution development, technical writing, and proposal creation.Basic understanding of the power industry, US market, customer requirements, and competitive landscape.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, as well as outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Project management, engineering, or field service experience is beneficial.We require fluency in English.
