The SuccessFactors Manager will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors within the organization. This role will lead a first- and second-level support team for users across the Spanish Caribbean and West Indies, ensuring the platform runs efficiently and remains aligned with both business and People & Culture needs.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience managing SuccessFactors or other HCM systems.
- Advanced English (spoken and written).
- Regional experience supporting multi-country operations.
- Prior leadership experience managing IT or application support teams.
- Strong knowledge of P&C processes and HCM workflows.
- Experience managing incidents, problems, and services in enterprise environments.
- Lead and manage a team of 4 SuccessFactors support analysts.
- Oversee configuration, optimization, and performance of the platform.
- Manage escalations of complex technical issues with external technology partners.
- Monitor user adoption, proposing both functional and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and data governance.
- Deliver periodic reports on usage, incidents, and improvements.
- Coordinate with internal SAP and P&C teams for workflow integration and enhancements.
- Lead training initiatives and adoption plans for end users.
- Stay up to date on SuccessFactors updates and roadmap.
