Overview the position :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the success of all sales.

Achieve total sales objectives through the management of sales areas and channels, developing business and commercial strategies, supervising team performance, and maximizing KDP results in the sales zone.

Principal activities :

1. Lead wholesale and retail sales to meet monthly and annual national market objectives.

2. Implement Kia’s sales and marketing strategies , ensuring compliance with procedures and operational standards.

3. Supervise DSMs to strengthen the commercial operations of the dealer network and maximize market share.

4. Effectively communicate Kia Finance programs to ensure proper implementation and increase sales penetration.

5. Ensure the quality of the SSI procedure through DSMs, exceeding customer expectations in each market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree on Administration, Management or equivalent
• 10+ years' relevant experience
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Sales Experience
• Advanced English
