Position OverviewAmigo LNG is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Project Development Executive to serve as both the Corporate Associate to the CEO and a key liaison for government and international relations.
This strategic role requires an energetic, adaptable professional who can shadow the CEO, coordinate executive priorities and monitor project progress.The position involves frequent travel to Mexico City, the potential travel to United States.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support & CEO Office
- Act as the primary Executive Associate to the CEO, managing schedules, travel, and high-level correspondence.
- Shadow the CEO during critical meetings with government officials, investors, partners, and regulators.
- Prepare executive briefings, talking points, and presentations; track action items and ensure timely follow-up.
- Manage flexible work hours to accommodate international schedules and the CEO's priorities.Government & Stakeholder Relations
- Serve as a liaison with municipal, state, and federal government agencies in Mexico.
- Support CEO in government and diplomatic engagements, representing Amigo LNG's interests.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, policymakers, and community leaders.
- Monitor and report on US–Mexico trade developments, energy policies, and regulatory frameworks affecting LNG and clean energy.Project Development Oversight
- Track and report on project progress at the Guaymas LNG site, highlighting risks, opportunities, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Coordinate across project teams, contractors, and advisors to ensure milestones are achieved.
- Provide the CEO with updates and recommendations for accelerating project execution.Trade, Technology & International Engagement
- Assess how the project's performance aligns with the use of US-manufactured equipment and technologies.
- Represent Amigo LNG in discussions with international stakeholders in the to strengthen partnerships, trade opportunities, and technology transfer.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, International Relations, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in executive support, project development, trade, or government relations, preferably in energy or infrastructure.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Energetic personality with excellent interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
- Proven ability to handle complex, cross-border projects with multiple stakeholders.What We Offer
