Financial Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Specialist to join our Finance and Accounting team.

This role involves delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, month-end closings, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with internal and external accounting standards.

  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings in accordance with IFRS / GAAP principles.
  • Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely posting of financial transactions.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
  • Analyze variances and provide explanations for management reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in Record to Report or general accounting.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
