Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Funding Analyst. This role will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the commercial funding team, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage Day-to-Day Funding Activities : Ensure efficient task distribution and alignment with market requirements. Monitor team performance and work quality to guarantee timely and accurate execution of key processes.
• Report and Documentation : Ensure all reports and documentation are correctly uploaded in the corresponding systems (Pega) and folders. Verify that contracts match approved pricing and appropriate limits of authority have been met.
• Process Optimization : Conduct gap analyses to recognize inefficiencies in workflows and Funding operations. Design and implement process optimization initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.
• Training and Development : Provide regular feedback regarding job duties and responsibilities. Identify areas for improvement and deliver ongoing training to the Funding team, focusing on skills and knowledge that enhance their performance and support their professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
