Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior Psychologist to join our Intake department. This position involves conducting initial interviews with potential clients to determine if they qualify for our legal programs.

You’ll use your psychological insight, empathy, and analytical skills to understand each client’s story, evaluate their situation, and document the information accurately for our legal team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured intake interviews (via phone) with potential clients.
  • Ask detailed and empathetic questions to gather personal and information.
  • Accurately record information and prepare case summaries for review by attorneys.
  • Collaborate with the legal and sales teams to ensure a smooth client handoff.
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve processes and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or currently enrolled in a Psychology program (required).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong empathy and emotional intelligence.
  • No prior experience required — full training will be provided.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace :

    ○    Recommended : Intel Core i7 or Ryzen 7 for smoother multitasking

  • ○    Minimum : 8 GB

  • ○    Solid State Drive (SSD) of at least 256 GB

  • Internet Connection
  • ○    Stable high-speed connection

    ○    Recommended : 50 Mbps or higher

  • Headset
  • ○    Noise-cancelling headset with integrated microphone (USB or Bluetooth)

    ○    Examples : Logitech H390, Jabra Evolve 20 / 30, HyperX Cloud II, or similar

  • Workspace Requirements
  • ○    Quiet, private, and well-lit area suitable for client calls

    ○    Ergonomic setup recommended : comfortable chair, desk, and proper posture
