Senior Regional Payroll Manager

Function : Finance BU – Payroll Operations

Reports To : Regional Finance Director – LATAM

As the Senior Regional Payroll Manager will lead payroll operations across LATAM, ensuring full compliance with local and international regulations. This role is pivotal in driving payroll strategy, optimizing processes, and supporting cross-functional collaboration with HR, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple LATAM countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
• Manage payroll systems and interfaces, troubleshoot data issues, and coordinate with HR to validate employee records.
• Prepare monthly reports, general ledger postings, and year-end filings; respond to audits and tax authority inquiries.
• Address employee payroll inquiries, union dues processing, and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards.
• Lead payroll-related projects and drive process improvements aligned with Finance BU goals.
