TLAC S&OP Planning Analyst – Terumo Latin America (Brazil or Mexico)

Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Analyst to join our TLAC (Terumo Latin America) Supply Chain team. This role plays a key part in leading planning discussions, enhancing forecast accuracy, and ensuring product availability across the region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
Responsibility
- Lead S&OP meetings and align forecasts with commercial and financial teams.
- Build planning models and conduct scenario-based risk analysis.
- Drive process improvements and automation in S&OP tools.
- Monitor inventory health and develop mitigation plans for slow-moving or obsolete products.
- Support successful product launches and innovation initiatives across TLAC.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize product availability and reduce stockouts.
- Contribute to performance goals such as forecast accuracy, availability, and obsolescence reduction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain (Master’s preferred).2–5+ years of experience in forecasting or S&OP-related roles.Advanced analytical skills and experience with planning tools and metrics (e.g., % bias, turns, %ABS).Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is a plus.Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a nice to have).Supply Chain certification preferred (nice to have).If you're ready to grow your career while making a meaningful impact — apply now and help us shape the future of healthcare
