About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled technical support specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance to end-users.

This individual must be passionate about problem-solving, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced environments where clear communication is key.Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, or chat to address end-user requests.Assist colleagues with escalations, technical questions, and coaching as the environment evolves.You will be accountable for : Diagnosing and troubleshooting desktop application issues, escalating complex or high-priority problems to the appropriate support groups.Resolving incidents in line with service level agreements and following up with users to provide status updates.We Value Our Team MembersWe prioritize trust, respect, and teamwork at our organization, which are the keys to our success.
