Job Title : Spare Parts Planner Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Spare Parts Planner Specialist to join our team in Mexico City (Polanco).
About the Role :
The successful candidate will be responsible for guaranteeing a high level of customer satisfaction through effective spare parts planning.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute local stocking strategies for the region to optimize inventory management.
- Maintain accurate and updated data in SAP Material Master and Parts Master Files.
- Run the demand plan tool monthly to ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Forecast demand and create and plan spare parts before new equipment release.
- Monitor and report on inventory status, performance, and at-risk items.
- Collaborate with Purchasing, Product Managers, and Sales to align supply chain execution and future demand.
- Identify and address risks related to product or supplier obsolescence.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management / Logistics, or related field.3–5 years of experience in spare parts planning for HVAC or electro-mechanical products.Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and SAP (inventory management).Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Results-driven, organized, and able to anticipate future demand trends.Why Join Us?
