As a trainee, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Business Partner function, acting as the main HR point of contact for the trade marketing team. You will spend 30-40% of your time in the field, observing operations and applying coaching & feedback methodologies. Additionally, you will manage core HR processes such as recruitment, payroll, labor relations, and performance management.
Key responsibilities include :
- Supporting the HRBP function
 - Spend time in the field, observing operations and applying coaching & feedback methodologies
 - Driving Talent Management & Development (TMD) initiatives and analyzing HR KPIs to support continuous improvement
 - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and supporting HR strategies while being open to national and international travel
 - Implementing the Global Learning & Development agenda in End Market
 - Developing, delivering, and facilitating innovative local learning interventions that respond to local business demands
 
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, Business, Marketing, or a related fieldCandidates with at least 6 months and up to 18 months of professional experienceRecent graduates (graduation from June 2024 to June 2025)Fluent in English (advanced level)Advance levels in MS Office ProgramsExperience in the FMCG industry is desirableMust be open to national and international mobilityIntercultural competencies from international experience or personal background are desirableA valid driver's license is requiredThis program is ideal for individuals who are passionate about developing their skills and career in human resources.
