We're Hiring! Survey Coordinator (Remote)

At Terra Energy, we're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Survey Coordinator to manage the daily scheduling and routing of our solar site surveys across the U.S.

Role Purpose

The Survey Coordinator ensures every solar site survey is scheduled, routed, and completed on time, serving as the central point of coordination between Terra's Mexico operations hub and U.S. field teams. This role is essential in moving each project efficiently from survey scheduling to design readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Survey Scheduling & Routing

  • Manage and assign daily solar site surveys across Florida or Texas
  • Coordinate tasks based on workload, region, and proximity
  • Communicate access details with homeowners and builder superintendents
  • Use digital tools (Coperniq, Route4Me, Zoho, etc.) to plan and optimize routes

Survey Progress Tracking & Quality Control

  • Track survey completion and ensure timely data submission
  • Validate all survey documentation before QA review
  • Resolve scheduling and access issues quickly with field teams
  • Operational Coordination

  • Maintain organized digital records of all assignments and completions
  • Support reporting and performance tracking for survey operations
  • Communicate effectively with field teams, supervisors, and operations leadership
