And utilize advanced statistical models and software tools to generate forecasts, monitor performance, and adjust projections as needed to support efficient supply chain operations and meet customer demand effectively.What will your mission be?

Using statistical models and analysis to forecast product demand accurately across different product categories and regions.Analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to identify patterns and drivers of demand.Working closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to gather input, validate assumptions, and align on forecasted demand.Optimizing inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs.Monitoring forecast accuracy and adjusting forecasts based on actual sales data and market changes.Incorporating promotional activities, seasonality, and other external factors into demand forecasts.Generating regular reports and dashboards to communicate forecasted demand, inventory levels, and performance metrics to stakeholders.Identifying opportunities for process improvements in demand planning methodologies, tools, and systems.Assessing and mitigating risks related to demand variability, supply chain disruptions, and market fluctuations.Conducting market research and analysis to understand competitive landscape, consumer behavior, and industry trends that may impact demand.Who are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.Advanced English.2+ years of experience in Forecasting, Demand Planning, Production Planning, Supply Chain or similar role.Experience in a Logistics and Home appliances industry knowledgeLocation : Monterrey, NL.Reports to : Demand Planning LeadWhy MIDEA?
