This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available after initial training. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.

What the day will look like

As a valued team member, you\'ll employ your analytical proficiency and technical expertise to aid clients in crafting and valuing equity-linked rewards. Each day, you’ll gain hands-on experience developing and adapting sophisticated MS Excel-based models, while collaborating with passionate colleagues and clients.

• Apply technical and analytical consulting skills to real-world projects
• Develop and adapt statistical models (e.g., Black-Scholes, lattice, Monte Carlo simulations)
• Build statistical methods, data analysis and presentations with creative problem solving skills
• Independently support projects in a dynamic, evolving environment
• Grow into roles involving client interaction, project management and account oversight

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, actuarial science, finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or related field is preferred. Other educational backgrounds are considered.
