Mechanical Leader

ResponsibilitiesEnsures the availability of technical documentation.Review corrective and preventive maintenance activities.Apply DDS (continuous improvement cycle) and root cause analysis, as well as other problem-solving tools to reduce chronic losses in your Business Unit and generate new standards that feed the systems.Coordinates mechanical support team activities for restoration requirements on production lines as well as the repair of spare parts equipment.It is responsible for analyzing losses in its Business Unit due to chronic mechanical failures.Monitor and optimize the maintenance budget by prioritizing preventive and predictive maintenance within your Business Unit.Participates in FMEA analysis (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), JSP (Job Safety Procedure), RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
