Call Center Professional Opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Call Center Representative to join our team.

This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to providing top-notch support to our clients. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls with professionalism and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide support on various products and services, including credit cards, checking and savings accounts, debit cards, online accounts, and mobile banking.
  • Inform customers of account status and complete maintenance requests (payments, balance transfers, etc.).
  • Assist customers with questions, transactions, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Document all interactions in the client's system with accuracy and compliance.

Requirements :

  • 6–9 months of call center experience, preferably in BFSI.
  • English proficiency : B2+ to C1.
  • Ability to work a 10-hour shift within hours of operation (6 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM).
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
