Call Center Professional Opportunity

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide support on various products and services, including credit cards, checking and savings accounts, debit cards, online accounts, and mobile banking.
- Inform customers of account status and complete maintenance requests (payments, balance transfers, etc.).
- Assist customers with questions, transactions, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
- Document all interactions in the client's system with accuracy and compliance.
Requirements :
6–9 months of call center experience, preferably in BFSI.English proficiency : B2+ to C1.Ability to work a 10-hour shift within hours of operation (6 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM).Strong customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.Benefits :
