Coordinator - Orchestra Tour

Star Entertainment – The World of Culture, Music, and Film – is seeking a coordinator to join our North American and international booking team!

We produce and promote concerts in over 300 cities worldwide, working with leading talent and A-list performers. If you have a proven track record in booking venues for orchestras, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in researching and securing venues for orchestras, musicals, and special event concerts across global markets
• Support the booking team in liaising with promoters, venues, and agents
• Maintain and update booking calendars, contact databases, and deal memos
• Prepare booking contracts and performance riders under supervision
• Track key deadlines and production needs for upcoming concerts
• Help compile reports on ticket sales, venue logistics, and marketing timelines
• Coordinate internal and external communications related to bookings
• Contribute to pitch decks, artist itineraries, and travel logistics
