Additionally, oversee the proper administration of service contracts for the Mexico market.Your ImpactAs anIndirect Procurement Coordinator,your key responsibilities will include : Designing and executing the IT procurement plan based on the needs of the IT department.Identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with vendors specializing in technology solutions.Coordinating bids, contracts, and purchase orders for IT products and services.Collaborating with internal departments such as Finance, Legal, and Technology to ensure aligned purchasing decisions.Maintaining an up-to-date database of suppliers and contracts.Managing risks associated with technology procurement (e.g., obsolescence, compatibility, security).
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and local / international regulations.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?
We're seeking a passionate professional committed to continuous improvement and operational efficiency.EducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience3+ years of experience in Procurement.Advanced English (essential for negotiation and technical documentation).
Proficiency in ERP tools (SAP, ARIBA).
