The Role
- Business Analysis & Insights
Lead client discovery sessions and conduct business assessments.
Review data from workshops, research, and client-provided materials to identify the strongest path for growth.Collect and evaluate information from both internal and external sources to build a clear picture of opportunities.Apply cross-client learnings and trend recognition to strengthen tools, playbooks, and recommendations.Framework & Process DevelopmentCreate, validate, and refine repeatable business frameworks to address common challenges.
Keep these resources current by incorporating industry shifts, proven strategies, and evolving client needs.Stay on top of market developments and embed best practices into ongoing projects.Consulting OutputsTake ownership of drafting and polishing client-facing materials such as memos and presentations.
Ensure outputs meet the highest standards in clarity, structure, and alignment with established methodologies.Project Execution & Team SupportCarry out project tasks under the guidance of senior leaders.
Build structured deliverables, spreadsheets, reports, decks, that move initiatives forward.Collaborate with advisory colleagues to share findings, shape recommendations, and deliver final outputs to clientsRequirements
0-4 years of professional experience, ideally with exposure to solving complex business problems.Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to interpret data and clearly communicate findings.Background in building or scaling a business—either entrepreneurial or within a larger organization—is a plus.Solid grasp of business strategy and operations, with the agility to quickly learn and adapt to new frameworks.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to present to senior stakeholders.Naturally curious with a growth-oriented mindset; comfortable learning new industries and business models from scratch.Professional presence and the ability to represent the company effectively with discerning clients.Willingsness to roll up your sleeves and handle detail-oriented tasks such as note-taking, slide creation, and drafting memos.Familiarity with consulting-style outputs (spreadsheets, decks, memos) is preferred.Proven collaborator who thrives in cross-functional settings and team-based environments.Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while delivering on time.Committed to high standards of performance and receptive to feedback in a fast-paced environment.High degree of self-awareness, adaptability, and openness to continuous improvement.Approaches work with humility, empathy, and professionalismBenefits
