The Opportunity
The role has a main objective to enable, maintain and manage resolution of issues relating to Catalogs, Buying channels and Contracts.
Your Impact
As
Global Procurement Analyst / Content Enablement
your functions would consist of :
Manage the creation, updates, and uploads of catalogs in the P2P system, ensuring accuracy, compliance with guidelines, and timely delivery against SLAs.
Partner with suppliers, buyers, and technical teams to resolve catalog-related queries, implement punch-out catalogs, and optimize buying channels.
Analyze spend data and catalog performance to identify opportunities, increase catalog penetration, and improve myBUY productivity for frequently purchased goods and services.
Maintain catalog trackers, reports, and documentation to monitor usage, expiry dates, and compliance, while providing insights for continuous improvement.
Support end-user adoption of preferred buying channels through training materials, communications, and change management initiatives that enhance user experience and reduce cost-to-serve.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Experience
1–3 years of experience, ideally in procurement.
Ability to analyze data and understand end-to-end processes and strong interpersonal skills to build relationships remotely
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Proficient in data analysis, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Nice to have, experience with ERP systems (SAP) and e-procurement tools (Ariba / Coupa).
