The Materials Manager position is responsible for overseeing the planning, procurement, and inventory management processes to ensure uninterrupted production and timely delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of material planning strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize supply risks.
• Ensure production schedules are met by securing material availability on time and in full.
• Develop sourcing strategies to reduce costs and improve supplier relationships.
• Implement inventory management policies balancing efficiency, cost, and customer service.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, obsolescence, OTIF, and forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders for effective supply chain planning.
• Drive continuous improvement projects in logistics, warehousing, and procurement to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and applicable legal requirements.
