Our client is a profitable SaaS company that has supported property managers for over a decade. With more than 20,000 active users and 100M+ inspection photos processed, the platform helps customers—from single landlords to large firms—save time and reduce stress with mobile inspections, automated reports, and AI-powered tools. The team of ~20 people is fully distributed and focused on steady growth and long-term value.

Your Role

As Content Marketing Specialist, you’ll own the brand’s social-first content and ensure key product updates and customer stories are consistently communicated. You’ll create short videos, graphics, and posts that get repurposed across web, blog, and email. Success means steady cadence, practical messaging, and content that stays fresh and useful for property managers.

You’ll :

Script, record, and edit 30–120s social videos

Design clean graphics and branded thumbnails in Canva or Figma

Publish content across LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other key channels

Repurpose posts into blog articles, landing pages, and emails

Keep website copy and visuals current with product updates

Collaborate with Product and Support to surface stories and language

Track engagement and refine formats for clarity and impact

You Bring :

2+ years creating and publishing content for B2B or SaaS companies

Hands-on experience producing short-form video (30–120s) with captions / edits

Proven ability to write clear English posts, captions, and blog / email copy

Strong design skills in Canva, Figma, or similar (graphics, thumbnails, diagrams)

Proficiency with video editing tools (Descript, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere)

Working knowledge of CMS and email platforms (HubSpot, ConvertKit, or similar)

History of maintaining a consistent publishing cadence across multiple channels

Proactive mindset : ability to surface content ideas from product updates and customer feedback

Bonus Points :

1+ year experience with motion graphics or simple animations

Understanding of SEO and ability to optimize written content for search

Experience analyzing content performance with tools like GA4 or HubSpot Analytics

Background in property management, real estate, or SaaS marketing

What’s Offered :

Fully remote contractor role (~40 hrs / week)

$10–17 USD per hour (~$2,000–3,000 / month), paid monthly
