COORDINADOR COBRANZA Y GESTION DE DATOS role at Natura

Permanent position.

What will you be doing here?

  • Nos orientamos a : Profesionales Graduad@s en Administración de empresas, Actuario, Finanzas Ingeniería industrial ó a fin.
  • Manejo Intermedio- Avanzado de Excel, Manejo de Herramientas de SQL, bases de datos, fórmulas, tablas dinámicas y gráficos, Power BI, manejo adecuado de las demás herramientas de office, deseable manejo de macros.
  • Experiencia en áreas relacionadas con el análisis de información, razonamiento analítico y afinidad con los números, desarrollo de iniciativas orientadas al logro de objetivos y metas.
  • Experiencia en gestión de procesos y manejo de indicadores, habilidades numéricas y capacidad de análisis, construcción de proyecciones y seguimiento a éstas.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Contribuir en el proceso de generación de indicadores.

  • Medir, controlar y mejorar los procesos transversales del área, a través del establecimiento de procesos de control, así como el seguimiento continuo, análisis y mejora de los resultados con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio.
  • Apoyar el desarrollo de proyectos estratégicos, a través de la definición, construcción y análisis de KPI´s que permitan determinar el ajuste a los procesos claves y contribuir al logro de los objetivos.
  • Consolidar de forma oportuna la información, como insumo para auditorías campañales, mensuales y por quarter, además de la construcción de tableros de control para el monitoreo general del proceso.
  • Liderar las actividades, procesos y personas de su equipo directo, mediante la definición y seguimiento a los objetivos individuales y de la Unidad, con el fin de fortalecer sus competencias y definir los planes de acción en busca de su desarrollo y plan de carrera.
