Rompa Group is looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial Sales Manager who thrives in an international, results-driven environment. We’re looking for someone who brings a strong technical background , ideally with experience in injection moulding and automotive , and who feels comfortable representing Rompa with confidence and clarity in front of integral customers. You are the main commercial contact and project owner. Sales Project Leadership : Act as the commercial lead in multidisciplinary teams. Influence decision-making in areas like quality, technology, and logistics to ensure smooth project execution. Interpret sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and translate insights into actions. Salesforce CRM : Log all relevant sales activity and pipeline progression. Maintain close alignment with the sales manager in the Netherlands and operational coordination with the plant manager in Mexico. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. ~10+ years in B2B manufacturing, with experience in injection moulding or automotive sectors preferred. ~ Strong commercial and strategic instincts. ~ Advanced Excel skills. ~ Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus. ~ Ongoing professional development and the chance to influence strategy.
