Purchasing Coordinator (Textile)

Our client is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to ensure the availability of raw materials at the best cost, quality, and delivery times. This role is key in managing both national and international suppliers, optimizing purchasing processes, and safeguarding profitability for the company.

Responsibilities

• Define purchasing strategies aligned with commercial needs.
• Negotiate with suppliers (national & international) to secure best conditions (FOB, CIF).
• Manage contracts, credit letters, and international trade documentation.
• Oversee purchase orders, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
• Conduct cost analysis, savings reports, and margin validations.
• Collaborate with logistics, administration, and finance to ensure timely deliveries and accurate payments.
• Report monthly on purchasing performance, market trends, and supplier competitiveness.
