Digitalization Project Manager

DIGITALIZATION PROJECT MANAGERYour main responsibilities : Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of the project's development lifecycle using Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

The plan should be aligned with the company and project milestones.Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Definition of the functional requirements from the Operational Units into technical requirements for the Development team, along with their acceptance criteria.Facilitate coordination of training activities and project releases with Operational Units.Collaborate with Digitalization team leader, operational units' stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in cooperation with the Digitalization team leader, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.Identify and address blockers that hinder the team's progress, promoting a culture of transparency and open communication.Lead project progress, manage risks, and adapt plans as necessary to meet milestones, deadlines and quality standards.Ensure high-quality code by emphasizing best practices, code reviews, and regular maintenance activities, ensuring the long-term sustainability and adaptability of digital solutions.Generate an executive summary to report regularly on project status, KPIs, and outcomes to operational units' stakeholders and upper management.Encourage a collaborative and high-performing team environment, fostering continuous learning and professional growth.Ensure adherence to best practices in Agile development and contribute to the evolution of processes and tools within the team.Who We're Looking For : Education : Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, Information Technology, or related field.Experience : 3 - 5 years in a similar position or as project manager.Required Knowledge : Proven experience managing projects (with Agile methodologies).

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban (Scrum Master certification is a plus).

Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.Programming (Python, Matlab, VBA).
