Job Description :

We are looking for a VA with experience in Personal Injury law (CASE MANAGER) to support our legal team. The ideal candidate must have excellent English-Spanish communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and knowledge of administrative and legal processes within this practice area.

Job :  Remote

Schedule : 08 : 00 - 5 : 00 PM EST

Responsabilities :

  • Manage and organize personal injury case files.
  • Manage FileVine
  • Collect, review, and organize medical records, police reports, and invoices.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
  • Manage calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support (data entry, email management, scheduling, phone calls).
  • Assist in preparing settlement packages and negotiation support.

Requeriments

  • Previous experience as a legal / administrative assistant in Personal Injury (minimum 1 year).
  • Advanced English (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with PI legal terminology (demand letters, medical records, settlement packages).
  • Proficiency in case management and legal software (Clio, Filevine, SmartAdvocate, or similar).
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
  • High professional ethics and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working with U.S. law firms.
  • Basic knowledge of medical billing and insurance in PI cases.
  • Strong legal writing skills in English.
