Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced commercial display sales professional to join our team in this role. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and growth of the commercial display business within our organization, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of product sales and strategies and driving revenue growth in the market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Establish strong relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts including distribution partners, resellers, SIs, pro AVs, and NSPs.
- Develop and implement strategies to gain market share within partner channels.
- Identify and develop existing and new market opportunities and key strategic business relationships to maintain and grow B2B sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and execute the go-to-market strategy with regular tracking and reporting while positioning the business for continued growth in future years.
- Manage forecast accuracy and optimize inventory levels channel and Hisense.
- Manage overstocks and aged inventory and prevent returns through proactive sales actions.
- Lead a joint partner planning process to develop mutual performance objectives and financial targets associated with a partner relationship.
- Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication both internally and externally.
- Proactively recruit new qualifying partners resellers.
- Regularly observe and report on competitive products pricing and promotions.
- Represent Hisense B2B at customer meetings, trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events.
- Manage administrative tasks with support from internal teams.
