Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team in North America. As a key technical link for our data center container projects, you will be responsible for supporting project sites during delivery, on-site assembly, and post-delivery after-sales.

Key Responsibilities

Support North American data center container projects : Assist with on-site structural installation coordination, verifying component alignment, load-bearing assembly, and compliance with local safety requirements.
Handle post-delivery structural after-sales : Troubleshoot issues (e.g., structural wear, vibration-related concerns) and deliver timely technical solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
Collaborate across teams : Coordinate with domestic design teams, North American construction partners, and clients to share on-site feedback and align with local structural standards.
Maintain technical documentation : Assist in updating structural maintenance guides, inspection records, and issue-resolution reports for North American projects.
Refine container designs : Provide on-site structural insights to the domestic team to optimize future container structural solutions for the North American market.

Requirements

Education & Major : Bachelor's degree or above in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.

Work Experience : 3+ years of structural design or technical support experience; experience with modular containers, data centers, or North American infrastructure projects is highly preferred.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in structural design software (AutoCAD, PKPM, or ETABS) and ability to interpret structural drawings.

Familiarity with North American structural standards (AISC, IBC) and modular container assembly processes.

Ability to troubleshoot on-site structural issues and communicate solutions clearly.

Preferred Skills

Strong cross-regional communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with domestic and North American stakeholders.

Willingness to travel to North American project sites as needed.

Proactive attitude toward learning and adapting to local market requirements.
