Experience : 1-4 years of sales experience (desired), preferably in the construction or software industry. Intermediate to Advanced English Language for business Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. Gross Salary : Depending on experience. Benefits : As per Mexican law (after one year period and as per the performance review, new benefits may be added). Job Summary
EPCPROMAN Mexico (Previously Parascadd Mexico) is seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Representative to join our team, promoting our innovative project and construction management software solutions. As a new member of our sales team, you'll be building customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Customer Relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Presentations : Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, negotiating contracts and pricing terms.
- Reporting and Feedback : Provide regular sales progress updates to the Sales representative or direct supervisor, discussing challenges and suggesting improvements.
